Located at Southern Oregon University in Ashland, OR. A Living and Learning Center for Seniors wishing to live on-campus in a quiet apartment environment while taking classes in the same facility. The 4 story classroom portion of the building is constructed with ground-face cmu and steel structure on the exterior of the building whch is all the ornamentation needed for design integrity.
