Thomashevsky Residence
Set on a 5 acre Madrone forested Ashland site. The Owner desired a home that did not feel large and imposing while still having ample space for all of their spatial requirements. By breaking the massing down into 4 smaller pods each connected by a glazed galleria, all of the walls were kept short/low helping also to conform with the strict low height restrictions. In addition the 4 pods allowed for the opportunity of generous corner daylighting windows. Builder: Hartsook Construction.
