Jerome's strongest quality is his extensive experience in mixed-use commercial projects, blending multi-family housing together with ground floor commercial uses. His expertise in the complexities involved in mixed-use, from building code issues, accessibility and the separation between uses is extensive.
Prior to moving to the Rogue Valley, Jerome spent the first 10 years of his professional practice working on residential remodels throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. The constraints of hillside construction, complex Planning and Building requirements, and the varied architectural styles found in the region helped him to develop many skills that he now draws on in his partnership with Raymond Kistler and Matt Small.
Jerome works tirelessly to find the best solution that meets his client's wishes, budget, and design goals. His designs blend in well with the surrounding buildings and have been consistently well received by the community and his clients.
