This contemporary office building is located on a small urban infill site in Ashland's Downtown Historic District and situated on the site of a historic "Old Chinese Laundry". The new brick and corrugated steel office building for the Spartan Group and KSW Architects has a hint of an Asian flair fused with Northwest Urban Historic and contemporary forms. The building fronts the intersection of Water and B Streets paying equal homage to both as well as to the creek beside the structure. Built to withstand the test of time through the use of durable materials, timeless form, design, and function.
