An existing bleak warehouse with window-less facades is transformed into a creative office space opening onto an urban parkway in downtown Medford, Oregon. KSW architects designed an innovative and energetic office space including collaboration spaces, small breakout areas, and colorful graffiti by local artist Jerryck Owens-Murrey.
