PEOPLE'S BANK

Located at the intersection of historic downtown Klamath Falls and Lake Ewauna, this mixed use building is a part of the Timbermill Shores Development. The project includes People’s Bank on the ground floor and three dwelling units on the second floor. The building relates to the predominant brick buildings of downtown while also responding to the regions history in timber and milling. The building also includes an extensive solar array and electric car charging stations.
